No more banner ads

Today I've removed the banner ads from the blog. All the ads that were in rotation here were ads placed with my company for display on my other web sites. When I added them here I figured it would be a nice freebie to my advertisers but as it turns out my blog is too political for some of their tastes.

In place of the ads I've added a paypal and amazon tip jar. Donations are appreciated.
