The music industry owes you up to $20!
To become part of the settlement group and potentially receive the cash you must file a claim under, "What are my Legal Rights" at http://www.musiccdsettlement.com/.
From LawMeme...
Lawyers will benefit the most, but the average CD buyer can file a claim and get between $5 and $20 back, unless more than 13 million people respond, in which case the $67,000,000 cash settlement pool goes to charity. Charity is also guaranteed to get the $75,000,000 worth of pre-recorded music.
Just to clarify, if you want to collect the dough you must go to http://www.musiccdsettlement.com/ and fill out the form there. It seems like this page is being forwarded around and I don't want anyone to get the idea you're going to get the money just by commenting here. Because you wont! This site is not affiliated with the music industry or the settlement group.
