Marlette Always Knows How To Say It

A political Cartoon featuring a donkey which signifies the Democrats, next to him lies a campaign hat that reads 2004. The donkey has made several signs that attempt to spell competence but it took many tries to finally get the spelling correct. The donkey's smile and facial experience infers he is still not sure it's correct.
