Shes gone

Grandma just passed. This has been a long time coming. Despite thinking I was prepared for it, it still hurts.

Why did she choose this end? There was nothing that couldn't have been taken care of. She thought she was moving on to a better life, but is there one? Was it worth the gamble? I don't think so. Life is always worth fighting for.
