Disable the Windows DCOM/RPC Remote Once And For All

I've been talking about the problems with Window's DCOM remote for a while. Microsoft has just recently released another update (their third!) to fix this service but unfortunately its still exploitable.

Steve Gibson of GRC has thankfully released a new tool, DCOMbobulator. It simply turns off the unneeded and unnecessary DCOM system. This is a must download folks!
