Who needs seven keys to weight loss?

Dieting isn't brain surgery. You simply have to want to do it. There are no magic pills. There are no secret diets.

You can loose weight in only three steps and you don't even have to buy a book (or anything else.)

1) Eat less: Cut back on every meal and don't snack in between meals.

2) Be more active: Spend less time in front of the TV and Computer.

3) Most importantly, Exercise!

Yeah but there's no money in that. The secret to weight loss books is that they make lots of money for the authors. That's why you have to buy them.

But that's so boring compared to, say, living on cabbage soup for 10 days while doubled over with massive intestinal pain from the suddenly increased fiber in your diet. Not that I've done that, of course.

Yup, there is no secret to it. Unfort...there is no money in it either. People don't want to hear that it is easy to lose weight, they want to buya "magic pill".
