MPs' bid for cheaper iPod batteries

Macworld UK has an interesting story about 11 Members of Parliament putting their names to a motion calling for Apple to ensure that replacement batteries are plentiful in supply and priced at a reasonable level.

I have still not heard anything from Senator Leahy's office regarding my letter or the 79 emails of support that were sent to him and copied to me. But yesterday I was contacted by a reporter with Gannett/USAToday who is putting together a story. You'll have more information about it as its provided to me.
