Web Cam Off Line

I'll have my web cam offline until further notice since WebcamXP v1.06.945 allegedly contains a Cross Site Scripting Vulnerability that can allow an attacker to inject & execute scripts.

The vulnerability was posted to bugtraq today but I don't think WebcamXP's author was previously contacted and allowed to address the issue before releasing the vulnerability to the public. I have reported the post to the author this evening but haven't heard anything as of yet. Hopefully this can be fixed quickly.
