FM Tuner for the iPod?

Why the heck doesn't Apple or someone else offer a remote for the iPod that has an integrated FM/AM Tuner?! I'd even settle for just an FM Tuner.

Griffin apparently had plans for one but nixed it when the 3rd generation iPods were introduced. Its sad no one else has come up with one.

i'm waiting for an ipod with radio capabilities as well. it does not seem to be in the works by apple, or any 3rd party. At this point it seems odd - there are so many add-on devices of dubious necessity, it just seems that somebody would make one at this point. If you ever hear of one, please let me know.

I would like an IPod with fm tuner as well. I decided not to buy one untill an fm tuner is in the market. But my patience is put to the test...

I'ld like to hear it to, if you ever get hold of a tuner...

I agree; I want a FM Tuner for the iPod too, Im not going to get an iPod till one is brought out, but I have set the money aside till it does come out
