The Rat Wants To Steal Your Remote

ABC and ESPN (owned by Disney) have entered into a deal with Cox Communications to offer TV shows and football games on demand but viewers won't be able to fast-forward through ads during these shows.

Earth to Disney...you can't force people to watch and listen to commercials! We have a thing called the Mute button. Maybe you haven't heard of it.

What's next? Are your going to have your lawyers wrap the shows with some EULA that states you may not use the mute button or leave the room during commercials either?

Every time I think Disney can't look any greedier they do something to top themselves.
