Ordered my first Apple notebook!
Well, I waited and waited, and after my initial excitement over the new MacBook Pros passed my logic and practically kicked in. I decided to order the Apple MacBook 13.3" (2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 1 GB RAM, 160 GB Hard Drive, 8x SuperDrive) Black.
I'll be using this computer mostly for web design in Coda and very little else (Gmail and Google Reader.) I don't think I'll need to upgrade the RAM as I won't be loading BootCamp or Parallels on it. (
Microsoft and their lousy applications.)
One thing I will need is a way to sync my folders/files on it and my iMac. It is my understanding that .Mac doesn't sync folders/files, only things like contacts and appointments. iDisk has a 1GB limit too? So, I need something that can atomically sync at least 25GB of files. Any recommendations for automatic synchronization between macs or am I misunderstanding .Mac's limitations? I'd appreciate your input in the comments.
