AT&T will be the iPhone's Downfall

More evidence that AT&T is the iPhone's weak link...Dan is encouraging all new iPhone owners to carefully check their AT&T Wireless statements. He writes:

A $36 activation fee + a $70 a month plan (Including the $10 more for 1,500 text messages) + 8.9% tax does NOT equal $139.73. Yet AT&T has no explanation as to why this costs what it does. It should be AROUND $117.

When he calls AT&T to complain about it, he alleges that they told him to call back on Sunday and speak to a supervisor. Surprise surprise, AT&T's customer service apparently closed on Sundays.

stop spreading hate about a t and t. I reviewed not one, but two iphones for a week and the edge network and connectivity was not bad at all. whiners and complainers should see an iphone show up for verizon and sprint soon anyway.

also, since I have a t and t, I can tell you that it is possible to contact customer service 24 hours a day.

but great post for getting me angry enough to post a rant filled reply which was probably your point anyway.

at least visit my site to read my iphones review at constantskeptic dot com.

thanks and enjoy the reciprocated hate.
