TiVo Series3 Is So Tempting

I'd love to replace my aging 40 hour Sony Tivo Series 1 with the just released Series 3 TiVo Lite.

It's just like the $799 TiVo HD Series3 except it's $299 and is only lacking the glo remote, OLED display, and the large hard drives.

BUT, even if I were to buy it, I'd have one major problem...I still don't have a single HDTV! I know, I know, it's sad that I only have standard definition picture tube TVs. I feel so inferior and behind the times.

I think I'll buy a few lottery tickets today.
