Nikon D80 replacement specs? Will it be the Nikon D90?

Thom Hogan, a well known and respected photographer who usually has his finger firmly on the pulse of Nikon has posted what he believes is the specficiations of Nikon's top end consumer DSLR. It'll probably be named the Nikon D90, but who knows.

  • 12 megapixels (I bet it's the same sensor on the D300.)
  • 4.5 frames per second
  • Live View
  • Audio and VIDEO movie capture
  • HDMI
  • GPS connector
  • 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G DX VR lens
