Kribensis - Pelviachromis pulcher On the left is a female Krib and on the right is her mate. Kribs form a strict relationship and both care for their young. Kribs are very "pet like" as they are very responsive to humans. If any fish can be said to be intelligent, Kribs can. They display this in their everyday activities as well as in their specialized mating, breeding, and fry-raising activities.
