Oto Cats - Otocinclus affinis Oto Cats or Dwarft Sucker Catfish are small algae eating cat fish. They do a great job of eating most the algae in the tanks I keep them in. However, you still must scrape the glass from time to time. Otos do not get larger than 2" and don't seem to turn into fish killers like larger plecos can. Otos are great hiders, you may think there are none in your tank until you suddenly see one sucking the front glass of the aquarium.
